Fairmont Tower High-Rise Office Building

Situation:

This 22-story, 196,000 sq. ft. office building and 293-space underground parking facility was in need of a complete energy-saving mechanical system renovation.


Solution:

After evaluating the situation, Lincus was able to install variable frequency drives, high efficiency motors, control system upgrades, and CO2 controlled ventilation for the parking garage. These improvements resulted in $46,930 in annual energy cost savings and a 23% internal rate of return (IRR).
