Since 2003, Lincus has developed and implemented Demand Side Management (DSM) programs within multiple utility service areas. As a part of Lincus’ successful approach to DSM programs, our program design efforts begin with selecting market segments, non-industry standard measures, methods to reduce market barriers, then moving to program implementation with training events, coordinated service installation contractor relationships, and reporting of the results. Our programs are designed to exceed utility company Benefit-to-Cost Ratio and Program Administration Cost Ratio thresholds.
